The Research and Planning Department

The research and planning department is responsible for:

  1. Identifying and connecting with a target community for all CLTM outreaches.
  2. Preparing the ground of the target community for a successful outreach. This includes connecting with the pastor (s) of the closest church (s), community leaders, and law enforcement agencies, among others. 
  3. Finding out the spiritual, social, and developmental challenges of the community and reporting them to the director.
  4. Securing accommodation and finding any helps available in the community for the safety and well-being of all CLTM members during the outreach. 
  5. Ensuring that all CLTM members are well-fed and have good drinking water throughout their stay for an outreach.
  6. Foreseeing and reporting anticipated challenges to the director and other leaders.
  7. Working closely with the director and with all the other CLTM leaders for the successful execution of the outreach.

 The Music Department

The music department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the type of music and songs to be used at an outreach based on the context of the target community.
  2. Providing ministrations through songs and the use of instruments at all CLTM outreaches and programs.

The Prayer and Counseling Department 

The prayer and counseling department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the type of spiritual and psycho-social needs in the target community.
  2. Organizing prayer and counseling for people in need during CLTM outreaches or some other needs that might arise.
  3. Organizing prayer meetings for CLTM either in preparation for an outreach or for some other needs.
  4. Helping the Follow-up and Discipleship department to help new disciples with their spiritual needs.

The Children Department

The children department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the kind of needs of the kids in the target community.
  2. Organizing effective programs for kids either during an outreach or other children-related programs in some communities based on need and the resources of CLTM.
  3. Ensuring that all the items needed for serving the kids in the target community are provided.
  4. Ensuring the safety and well-being of the kids during all activities with them.

The Sports Department

The sports department is responsible for:

  1. Organizing and overseeing all sporting activities during an outreach.
  2. Determining the kind of sports that will fit the context of the target community.
  3. Ensuring that all the needed sporting facilities and items are provided.
  4. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all the people involved in the sporting activities.

The Engineering and Technical Department

The engineering and technical department is responsible for:

  1. Keeping a detailed inventory of all the musical instruments and electronic gadgets and devices of CLTM.
  2. Ensuring effective sound system according to the need of the audience.
  3. Determining the kind of gadgets that will fit the context of the target community.
  4. Ensuring that all the needed musical instruments and electronic gadgets are sound and functional.
  5. Making sure that there is effective electric power supply during all CLTM activities.

The Film Show Department

The film show department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the kind of movies that will fit the context of the target community.
  2. Ensuring that all the needed facilities such as DVD machines, selected movies, and projector are available and are in good condition.

The Follow-up and Discipleship Department

The follow-up and discipleship department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the kind of follow-up and discipleship model that will be suitable for the context of the target community.
  2. Organizing and executing follow-ups to target communities after every single CLTM outreach.
  3. Ensuring that all the needed materials such as Bible study booklets, Bibles, and the like are available for the processes of follow-up and discipleship.

The Health and Social Services Department  

The health and social services department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the kind of health and social needs in the target community.
  2. Identifying, contacting, and making sure that medical personnel and community work specialists come to help during an outreach or any CLTM program where they are needed.
  3. Organizing and executing health and social programs that will benefit the target community during CLTM outreaches or in schools and churches.
  4. Ensuring that all the needed materials such as medical equipments, drugs, clothes, foodstuff, barbing and hairdressing equipments are available and in good condition.
  5. Disbursing loan monies to young people who have qualified for the CLTM Youth Economic and Educational Empowerment Program award (YEEEP award).
  6. Providing oversight and ongoing training to the YEEEP awardees for at least a period of three years.

The Educational and Schools Services Department

The educational and schools services department is responsible for:

  1. Determining the kind of educational needs in a target community.
  2. Organizing and overseeing the educational programs that will benefit the target community during CLTM outreaches and in schools as the needs arise.
  3. Identifying, contacting, and ensuring that excellent educational experts come to help during an outreach or at any CLTM program where they are needed.
  4. Ensuring that all the needed materials such as textbooks, exercise books, movies, foodstuff, barbing and hairdressing equipments are available and in good condition.
  5. Disbursing scholarship monies to young people who have qualified for the CLTM Youth Economic and Educational Empowerment Program award (YEEEP award).
  6. Providing oversight and ongoing training to the YEEEP scholarship awardees on academic excellence and career development until they graduate.
